SitePad is a site builder your customers open from the control panel they already log into. They pick a template, drag blocks into place, edit the text where it sits and hit publish - no FTP, no theme files, no plugins to keep patched. What comes out is a set of static pages, so there is no CMS left behind for someone to update, back up and secure later, and on a few-page brochure site that alone removes most of the ongoing work. It sells mostly to hosting companies who want a builder inside their shared plans, and to agencies that need a handful of pages online for a client quickly.
The license attaches to the server's IP address rather than to a key file. Rebuild the machine or move it to a new address and you update the IP in the panel yourself: it applies at once, and the previous address stops working in the same second. Payment comes out of prepaid balance and nobody has to approve the order, so a license is usually usable within a minute. Topping that balance up with crypto is credited automatically; a bank transfer is approved by a person. Installing on the server is a single command - the script resolves the license from the IP, with no key to copy or store anywhere. Resellers get a further layer: discounted prices apply automatically at order time, the install script is served from your own domain under your own brand, and you can create sub-resellers, each with its own price list and balance limit. All of it is reachable through the REST API, which is open on every account tier and hooks into WHMCS or a panel of your own. Every order, renewal and API call is written to the account with its result.
The free edition of SitePad ships with a narrow set of templates and editor features; the full template library and the advanced blocks come with the paid one. Licensing is per server, so putting the builder in front of customers on three nodes means three separate records. Before installing, confirm your control panel is supported and check free disk space - templates are stored on the server, so the first install takes some room. Do users need to know HTML to build a site with it?
No. They choose a template, arrange blocks by dragging them and edit text directly on the page. Nothing stops someone who does write code, but the typical user publishes a site without seeing a single line of HTML.
What is actually different in the paid edition?
The free edition comes with a limited set of templates and editor features. If you intend to sell site building as part of a hosting plan, you need the full template library and the advanced blocks, and those are in the paid edition.
Can I run one license across several servers?
